Practice Update: Changes to How You Contact the Surgery

Many of our patients will already be familiar with EMMA, our AI receptionist, who helps manage calls to the surgery and directs enquiries to the right team.

We’d like to let you know about an update to our telephone system. The option to transfer directly to reception will be removed from Thursday 11th June 2026. You will still be able to contact the surgery by phone and speak with EMMA, who will ask a few questions about your enquiry and make sure it reaches the most appropriate person or service.

You can also continue to contact us online using Anima: Anima

Anima allows you to send us a medical enquiry from the comfort of your home, anytime between the hours of 8:00 and 18:30. Every Anima request is reviewed and triaged by our duty doctor, and a member of our team will contact you with the next steps by SMS, Anima, email, or telephone, depending on your enquiry.
