Following a review of our digital services, we have made the decision to move from Anima to SystmConnect in the best interests of our patients. SystmConnect offers improved integration with Emma AI and will provide a more reliable and effective platform should we reintroduce the service in the future.
While we appreciate that digital services may not suit everyone’s preferences, the recent period without Emma AI has highlighted the value it can bring when supported by a platform that enables it to function effectively. We remain committed to exploring ways to enhance access to care through digital solutions that work well for both patients and staff.
From today, SystmConnect will be the digital platform patients should use to submit requests and access online services.
